We are always involved in our client’s projects from the early stages of architectural and engineering design. From initial design stage we set out to work side by side with our clients to ensure feasibility and optimum execution. Wherever we can, we will endeavour to apply our combined knowledge to value engineering – without compromising the end product – bringing to the client the best value possible. The projects consist of a varied range of construction and engineering processes ranging from technical electrical and mechanical installations to anti seismic and structural elements. We always ensure that skilled operatives are on hand for each given task, whether plasterboard works, ceramic, marble and natural stone installation, or painting and decorating.

Preliminary survey and
analysis of the project
We start to work with our clients and their architects from the early stages of the project. Our goal is to make sure the concept can be executed to our client’s expectations and nothing less.

Bureaucratic administrative requirements
We have deep knowledge of bureaucratic systems in almost all regions of Europe, and will assist our clients with all the necessary paperwork to ensure the project starts on time and without issues.

Project & site manager
Before, during and after the construction phase, our Project Managers dedicated to each project will work closely with all teams involved, including regular site visits and updates. We always keep our clients updated with anything that is required.

Turnkey delivery on time
As the project comes to completion, we are there to meet the client at the door of their brand new store. We always take pleasure in handing over the keys to the door and see the first customers enter the new retail space. However we are never finished at this point – we are always still on hand for anything our clients might need.
